Definition:

Full proxy is a new service of Neoscriber for EICs which allows them to log in on behalf of a user (without knowing their username of password). It should be noted that all of the actions of EIC during proxy enabled modes will be recorded in history. Besides, an EIC is only able to do proxy on users with lower roles like AEs, reviewers, and authors.

How to do proxy?

  • Login with EIC account > ​Go to "User Admin" > Open "People List" > Search desired person > Click "Proxy (in Journal)"

How to Exit from Proxy mode?

  • Sign out from top-right pane
