The Editor in Chief has the ability to write down a comment on each article to be published in HTML version of the article. To do, s/he can write it here. "EIC public comment" or "expert opinion" is accessible to EIC ONLY in the "Publish" states. Since only one note per article can be added to each article, after adding a note by EIC, s/he can only edit the existing note. Then and after publishing an article, EIC's note will be published automatically in the same page of HTML.

After publishing an article, EIC public comment could be read by all readers.
